Karakura Town Outskirts

It was early in the after noon by the shrine in the outskirts of Karakura Town where it was a rarity to see someone walking around, however today was different a young man with bright orange hair is seen racing to the shrine after seeing a great amount of spiritual power in the area and came rushing over fore it felt somewhat familiar. Ichigo then made it to the shrine as he looked around trying to find the source of the power that could be felt throughout the area as he grabbed the hilt of his blade just in case.

"What is that power I'm feeling?"

"Your sense of direction is just as lousy as mine...Ichigo.."

A dark and familar voice is heard echoing through the empty shrine. At first glance their is one one to be seen, the only thing that was apparent was a massive spirit pressure that surrounded the entire shring from the tip of the sacred tower to the corner of the street. The shadow of a large man with a fluttering robe could be seen infront of Ichigo. Kenpachi is the source of the great force that plagued the area luring Ichigo. His black kimono was mostly covered by the slightly blood stained captains robe.

"Ready for our fight, Ichigo?"

Ichigo looked to Kenpachi with a quite shocked expression on his face for he didn't expect someone like him to be here, he was was also a little surprised by the thing that Kenpachi said about their fight. Ichigo slightly intimated by Kenpachi's sudden appearance then wanted to see what he was talking about.

"Our fight, what do you mean Kenpachi?"

"Don't tell me you forgot about our rematch?"

"Yeah, I guess I did"

"I guess I'm going to have to remind you."

Kenpachi stepped off from his vantage point above Ichigo and just down with no attempt to slow himself he comes crashing into the ground creating rubble of anything under him. Kenpachi stands tall as he stares down Ichigo as the grinding from his zanpakuto being drawn screechs as if it were crying for blood. His zanpakuto was fully drawn in his left hand with that battered look it always maintains. Kenpachi unleashed a powerful downward slash at Ichigo to warm up.

Ichigo saw Kenpachi draw his rigid blade from his sheath so Ichigo quickly drew his zanpakuto, the Zangetsu, from his back allowing the bandages that acted at the scabbard slide off revealing the razor sharp blade. Ichigo got into a defensive stance knowing that Kenpachi was soon coming in for an attack, just as expected the attack was a powerful downward strike that if connect would most likely sever his body in two but Ichigo was ready. Ichigo quickly blocked the strike with the flat part of his blade being slightly knocked down because of the brute force that was in the swing of the blade, he then used flash step to get a few feet of distance from him and Kenpachi quite pissed at the fact that he was just attack with no reason.

"Kenpachi, what the hell!"

"Haa, your doing better then last time."

Kenpachi was quite satisified with Ichigo's reaction. He chuckled to himself slight as he raised his zanpakuto arms length away from his chest and looked at it in an non-understanding expression. He tilts the blade at various angles before looking back up at Ichigo. The sadistic smile returned once again to Kenpachi as he planted his feet firmly on the ground. Lunging forward with great speed and force the ground just below his feet would fracture as he makes his way to Ichigo sending a thrusting stab to Ichigo's mid-section. The ringing of Kenpachi's bell spiked hair rang as he quickly made his way to Ichigo at increasing break-neck speed.

"Fine, if this is how you want it!"

Said the aggravated Ichigo as he quickly fended of the stab sent by the terrorizing Kenpachi Zaraki, he did not understand why Kenpachi was so bent on battling him but now he was ready to fight back and hopefully satisfy the need for fight that his opponent had. After Ichigo blocked and dodged the attack he quickly countered by using the flash step ability to get behind Kenpachi in an instant, once he got behind his opponent he quickly countered by doing a vertical slash attempting to cut into the back of Kenpachi.

After Kenpachi's lung was easily fended off he instantly turned around knowing that would be the first place Ichigo would pop-up. Kenpachi grinned manicially as he raised his zanpakuto infront of his chest to intercept the incoming slash. As Ichigo's blade made contact with his own his arm contracted slightly allowing Ichigo to get that much closer to an effective strick. Kenpachi shouted out at Ichigo as he parried his slash and sent a front kick to his chest hopefully connecting and sending him backwards open for an additional attack.

"Nice spirit pressure!! BUT NOT ENOUGH!!!!"

Ichigo upset that his attack failed was the struck in the chest by the power packed kick sent by Kenpachi and was sent flying for about five feet before hitting the ground hard sliding slightly. Ichigo quickly stood up not trying to leave an opening for an attack for he was not in the mood to get hurt. Ichigo then dashed to Kenpachi dragging the tip of Zangetsu on the ground creating a deep gash in the ground, as he ran slight signs of his light blue spiritual power were seen his his eyes as they glowed brightly. Ichigo then pulled his blade from the ground up move up for a quick slash aimed for the chest of Kenpachi hoping to leave a deep cut.

"Take this!!"

"Tisk tisk..."

Kenpachi watched as Ichigo was sent a good distance away from is powerful front kick to the chest. Kenpachi firmly planted his feet to the ground as his arms dropped down to his side as the crest of his zanpakuto rested on the ground. His chance to strick again came and passed as he glared at Ichigo violently craving more of a fight then this. In his mind Kenpachi knew that Ichigo has grown far stronger then their first encounter and is craving to see what his new found strength can do. Kenpachi's face was emotionless as Ichigo charged towards his at amazing speeds with his sword reared and ready to deliver a powerful slash to Kenpachi. Not even budging slightly Kenpachi waited for the slash to connect, his only action was a huge leap in his spiritual pressure that surrounded the area to such an extent that it would begin to make any weak souls in the area feel a great drag on their body slowing their movements. As Ichigo's Zanpakuto begins to cut its way through Kenpachi's chest his eyes remain focused on Ichigo only letting his eyes to be distracted by the sight of his blood being hurled through the air out of his fresh wound. Amazingly the wound appeared to stop bleeding seconds after the cut was made. A twisted smile developed on Kenpachi's face as he looked back down at Ichigo. Zaraki stretched his arm behind his back as a golden aura would begin to outline his massive body ready to send a immense sideward slash to Ichigo's ribs. Due to the massive amounts of force behind this slash even is successfully blocked the fighter blocking might experience wounds due to the sheer pressure of the attack. Kenpachi laughed and then spoke out to Ichigo in a satisified tone.

"This is more like it!!"

Ichigo after successfully slicing the chest of Zaraki was ready to strike again but stopped as he felt an enormous amount of spiritual pressure emitting from the body of this man, Ichigo looked up and saw the twisted expression of Kenpachi looking down at Ichigo. Ichigo had the biggest sense of fear as he stared blankly at the monstrous fighter but was reawakened when he saw that Kenpachi was ready to strike with full force. Suddenly a horizontal slash aimed for Ichigo's chest was on its way, he quickly turned himself toward the attack and was able to block but because of the sheer strength behind the sword he was sent flying into a area filled with tree crashing into one after another creating a plume of dust that covered the area that he was sent to. Moments after the vicious attack made by Kenpachi the cloud of dust make from Ichigo's impact began to spiral as it became enriched with a powerful spiritual pressure that was most definitely coming from Ichigo. The dust was then blown away by Ichigo's immense spiritual power that surged throughout the area showing that he was finally serious.

"I'm ready when you are..Kenpachi"

The same twisted smile remained plastered to Kenpachi's face as was leaned forward in a crouched position not yet facing Ichigo. Kenpachi's spiritual power would appear to be engulfed in a golden flame as his energy would seem to continue to endlessly grow stronger. Returning to a full standing position Kenpachi turns and faces Ichigo, the amount of spirit force and pressure would begin to cause a slight distortion in the atmoshpere around the two powerful fighters. Kenpachi extended his arms outwards from his chest with his Zanpakuto in hand. As he crouchs down slightly a golden skull representing Kenpachi's intent to kill would appear infront of him for a second but long enough to be notices, the skull would appear to let out a screem as it desolved back into the golden flame of spiritual power. The ground surround Kenpachi would begin to fracture and collapse. Kenpachi would unleash a powerful shockwave towards Ichigo created out of pure spiritual energy.

Ichigo, engulfed in his own power stood tall as he watched Kenpachi's power grow and the symbol of a skull seemed to appear the enemy's aura as a large and powerful shock wave was sent to him. Ichigo smirked as he light blue spiritual power could be seen covering him, suddenly the a strange image could be seen in his aura as well,it seem to resemble the vizard mask that Ichigo possessed. Then a shock wave of Ichigo's energy was sent off as well colliding creating a large explosion on impact of the two massive energy sources. Then through the explosion Ichigo is seen covered in a ball of his spiritual power, he clenched his blade ready to collide with Kenpachi resulting in an epic attack.

The massive explosion of the two shockwaves impacting created a large cloud of dust that nearly covered everything for a few blocks. As the dust settles it grew quite as the two powerful fighters stand facing eachother with their powers continuing to soar. Instantly after Kenpachi could see Ichigo he smiled demonically as he dashed forward to him with a powerful downward slash laced with immense amounts of spiritual force. Kenpachi was moving at break-neck speed as stretched his arm behind him preparing for the devastating slash with his zanpakuto. Kenpachi yelled out to Ichigo moments before he launched his attack.

"Prepare to die Ichigo!!!"

"Kenpachi!!!"

Screamed Ichigo as he ran being surround by a ball of his own spiritual energy, he gripped his sword so tightly that traces of blood could be seen soaking into the bandages on the hilt. Ichigo was determened to make this next attack could being that he was butting almost all of his strength into it. Ichigo then swung his blade fiercely to meet with Kenpachi's attack and when the two super powers met a powerful a second explosion occurred but with five times the destructive force than the last. Ichigo was blasted back into the shrine breaking one of the walls down on impact and causing some quite painful injuries.

"If you don't use your Bankai Ichigo you will surely, Die..."

The voice of Kenpachi traveled swiftly through the large plume of smoke as the sound of rubble being pushed around echoed through the shrine. Kenpachi was buried by the rubble of a tower that he was knocked back into. His collision cause the moderate size tower to come crumbling down. The only thing that was visible was Kenpachi's arm and Zanpakuto in hand sticking out of the rubble. As if in a zombie manner Kenpachi would slowly rise from the rubble to take a few breaths from that last attack. Kenpachi stood tall and held his Zanpakuto in front of his chest at a 45 degree and as his sheer spiritual pressure would give him a destorted look. He stared towards Ichigo with a serious expression wait to see his true power.

"I will kill you Ichigo, show me what you have hidden away."

"If you mean my Bankai, then the answer is no!"

Ichigo then stood up from the rubble of the shrine and slowly walked out feeling a good amount of pain from being thrown into the shrine. Ichigo gripping his sword raised it to the sky as his spiritual energy began to gather in the blade of Zangetsu giving it a bright blue glow. Ichigo without a moments notice swung his blade down to the ground releasing a condensed slash of pure spiritual energy in the shape of a crescent moon towards Kenpachi with life threatening power.

"Getsuga Tensho!!!!"

"Prepare to die then Ichigo."

Kenpachi raises his hand in front of his chest as Ichigo's signature Gentsuga Tensho continued barreling towards him. He smirked manicially as the crescent shaped wave of pure spiritual energy was mere inches away from his bare palm. Upon impact spouts of blood emerge from Kenpachi's hand as the pressure of the energy begins to compact his muscles. With a simple flick of the wrist Kenpachi re-directs the Getsuga Tensho directly back at Ichigo with a slight increase in its power due to Kenpachi channeling his spiritual energy through him arm into the crescent slash.

"What the!?"

Ichigo confused that his attack was blocked and redirected by bare hand no less jumps to the side narrowly escaping serious damage. Ichigo then turns his head back to Kenpachi with his normal serious look thinking to himself that in this fight he may actually need to use his bankai against Kenpachi.

As if blankly staring past Ichigo with no concern of his being there walks toward him slowly with every step closer to Kurosaki Captain Zaraki's spirit force and pressure would increase astronomically almost give Ichigo the sensation of shrinking as his power begins to dwarf in comparison. Kenpachi stands only two feet away away from Ichigo as Kenpachi rises his zanpakuto into the sky. Kenpachi's sword would appear to grow in size and density as it is violently swung downward with immense force capable of slicing through the blades of fighters in a state of mental weakness.

"Wake up Ichigo....If you don't use Bankai, YOU WILL DIE!!!"

Ichigo was standing in the same spot as he slowly approached by who was insisting that he used his bankai. Ichigo wanted to refuse but he slowly realized that in order to survive he would have to use it. As Kenpachi slowly approached Ichigo his spiritual power rapidly skyrocketed giving off a monstrous presence, he then knew that he would have to preform bankai because of such a power difference. Ichigo with his new resolve looked to Kenpachi with much confidence in his eyes, he then had a massive power boost being that he was getting ready to use bankai. Kenpachi then stopped as he attacked with unreal force behind his slash but Ichigo not ready to die slashed his blade and in an a black energy covered his entire body transforming him to almost another being. Ichigo now in his bankai state had the strength to block so he simply moved his blade up connecting the two blades in a bright spark, he then stared into Kenpachi's eyes showing that he not holding back any longer.

"..Bankai, Tensa Zangetsu.."

Kenpachi gazed down at the new Ichigo with an eager look on his face. Kenpachi knew from this moment on this battle will be one of the best fights as a Captain. Captain Zaraki continued to try and crush Ichigo below him Zanpakuto to by increasing the force behind his zanpakuto with little effect against the Bankai state Ichigo has taken. Cringing his teeth to the point of grinding them flat Kenpachi was mystified as to where all of Ichigos power arisen from. Even now Ichigo stands before him and blocked his attach without even a budge. Kenpachi would begin to enter a beserker state of mine as he unleased a fury of powerful downward slashes at Ichigo. Kenpachi's twisted laughter is heard echoing throughout the shrine as his relentless attack continues.

"Thats more like it Ichigo!"

Ichigo continued to block as Kenpachi pushed down with so much strength that the ground under him would begin to collapse on its self causing a small sink hole, he put his other hand on the back of Tensa Zangetsu's blade as he began to pound Ichigo's blade with a flurry of attacks that would knock him deeper and deeper into the ground with strike. Ichigo had finally had enough and when they locked blades again he pushed Kenpachi blade knocking it high in the air and then with the opening he used his flash step to get out of the hole that Kenpachi created from his brutal attacks. Ichigo reappeared behind Kenpachi but then disappears once again reappearing to the side and suddenly because of the sheer speed he began to create after images and their seemed to be countless Ichigo surrounding Kenpachi. Suddenly the one of the Ichigo's slash from the left and then a second from the right and then countless slashed were sent from all directions at a moderate strength.
