Rule 1:
This is a serious RP site. No one who RP's anything less than a paragraph is allowed. (A paragraph is atleast five sentences.)
Rule 2:
NO GOD-MODDING AT ALL!!!!! This includes auto-hitting, controlling another persons character (unless a power dictates that,) or anything of the such.
Rule 3:
Custom characters must be legitimate, not too strong, not too weak.
Rule 4:
Out Of Character (OOC) must be important, no talking for fun Out Of Character unless in private message.
Rule 5:
No Arguing! If you have a problem, message an Admin. If an Admin or moderator is not online then wait it out.
Rule 6:
Any territory can be taken over by the death of the area's leader.
Rule 7:
No Doubles. Any doubles on the site will be deleted immediately so dont even try it.
